A bigger or custom build is quoted by its scope, with the build and the monthly together. Not a "starting at" that triples by launch — tell us the scope and a real number comes back. We usually reply within a day.

A one-page Launch site can be live in days; a bigger build gets its date in the quote. Stores and portals take longer, and you see the honest timeline before you pay anything.

Most people come to us without a logo, photos or copy, and that is fine. We write the copy, sort the imagery, and can put a clean mark together for you.
If you already have brand assets we work to them. Photographs of your actual work usually beat stock, so take decent pictures on a phone if you can — otherwise it is handled as part of the build.
You asked: Do I actually own it?
tkati replied.
You do. The site, its code and the domain are yours: the domain is registered in your name, and you can take the site elsewhere whenever you want. Nothing is held hostage.
It is yours once the build is paid, and going independent is always open: we hand it all over and you pay its running costs directly. That is also why we do not build on a page builder: leaving one of those means leaving the site behind, which is not ownership.
You asked: I haven't started the business yet — is that a problem?
tkati replied.
Not a problem. The name, the domain, the payments, the "what if nobody comes" — we have walked people through all of it. Bring the idea and we will tell you straight what it takes, including when the honest answer is that a site is not the first thing you need.
