How many minutes are included?

Each monthly includes a set number of minutes, shown beside its price on this page, and each minute after them has a set rate.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes. It books into the same calendar as your online bookings, and texts you what it booked.

Do I need a new number?

We set it up with you on the line your customers already call, or on a business number of its own.

Do you train AI on my calls?

No. Your calls and messages are yours, and we never use them to train AI.

What does the monthly cover?

With your own Phone, the monthly after the build covers hosting, security and backups, changes, new features and improvements as you grow. It is recommended, not required. On tkati there is nothing to build, only a monthly, in your tkati account.
